Reschke Polska helps customers to be more efficient

For the development of a sand quarry in the south of Poland, Reschke Russia produced an extra-heavy duty (XHD) ripper bucket.

Due to the tourist sites located in this area, the sand rock must be dug out mechanically and the quarry owner had to use various types of machinery and equipment in his work.

Turning to the representatives of Reschke Polska, the client voiced the problem that the existing machine equipped with a ripper simply does not cope with its task.

After studying all aspects, exchanging drawings and measurements, Reschke Russia engineers designed and produced a ripper bucket for the Komatsu PC1250 excavator.

To ensure smooth operation, the Reschke bucket is made of wear-resistant steel and equipped with additional lining elements.

The Komatsu PC1250 excavator, equipped with a Reschke ripper bucket, is the main machine in a sand quarry in southern Poland.

The owner of the quarry, together with the workers, appreciated the quality of the Reschke attachments and the easy with which the work is carried out.
